ORNEX transforms static documents into a centralized, intelligent system that makes policies easy to access, understand, and audit.
Problem
Organizations often struggle to manage policies effectively. Information is scattered across PDFs, emails, shared drives, and binders, making it hard for staff to find the right guidance when it matters. Managers can’t easily track whether policies are read or understood, and audits become stressful and time-consuming.
Unclear ownership leads to outdated policies staying in circulation, while employee questions and feedback rarely reach the right people. The result is delays, confusion, and compliance risk during critical moments.
Solution
ORNEX introduces a centralized policy governance layer that manages people, workflows, and accountability; not just files. Policies move through a structured lifecycle, are owned by specific roles, and remain searchable through an AI-powered assistant that understands natural language.
Staff interact with policies through acknowledgments, quizzes, and feedback, while leadership gains audit-ready visibility into compliance without micromanagement.
My Role
I designed and built ORNEX end-to-end, focusing on scalable architecture, clean workflows, and practical AI usage. The goal was to balance enterprise-level control with a simple, intuitive experience for everyday staff.
